Beaver nature trail

Designed as a circular trail, this path provides information on various display boards about the presence and life of beavers, flood events, and leads to the “White-tailed Eagle Tower” (Klaus Bahlsen Tower) near Nienwalde. Here, you can learn interesting facts about the king of the skies. Branching off from the Beaver Trail is the “Little Art Trail,” which guides visitors to sculptures that were installed years ago by the Westwendischer Kunstverein (WWK) as part of the so-called “Field Experiments” art project.
