Bausen

These villages have not only a unique architecture, but also unique names... Bausen, a typical Rundling village, is located in a transitional area between sandy Ice Age deposits and marshland. You’ll also find something rather rare here: a half-timbered, three-post farmhouse from the 18th century. Bausen is located 5 km from Clenze.
